I made this, what I call the muscle smoothie recipe, up a couple of weeks ago in search of a way to fuel my workouts and keep my metabolism revved up. I use it as my snack once a day around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I absolutly love it! Not to mention it gives me the boost I need to teach a kick butt bootcamp style class at 5. Enjoy!
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 scoops of chocolate flavor Muscle Milk (you can get it at GNC, and you can get it Lactose Free!)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
16 oz water
couple handfuls of ice
Make it
Combine all ingredients into blender.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
