Personal Training for Women




Real Moms Real Fit provides personal training for women in and around the Oak Harbor, Washington area. We also have web and phone based online personal training and nutrition program designed to set you up for success and guide you on your weight loss journey. Meal planning, weight loss workouts, cardio workouts, strength training workout design, pregnancy workouts, you name it, we can cover it.

Having a personal trainer can be invaluable. I realize that weight loss can be complicated. There is so much involved. Meal planning and workout design can be overwhelming and frustrating. Not to mention, most people don't realize how much the little things like stress and sleep play a role in weight loss. Even more, research suggests that even just a 15-20 minute chat with a coach each month makes you over 50 percent more likely to lose the weight and keep it off! I also realize that there just aren’t enough hours in a day sometimes. So, I have a couple ideas when it comes to personal training for women!

Do you live around Oak Harbor, Washington?

You might prefer a more hands-on-experience, or face-to-face interaction to keep you accountable and headed in the right direction. For only (50 bucks) I make house calls. Yep, I will come straight to you. You don’t have to waste time driving to and from the gym or worry about child care. We can even do it while the little one naps or the kids are at school! When It comes to personal training for women, I have learned that this a total time saver.

I will design a program that revolves around the equipment you have…and/or I will bring some of my own too (dumbbells, resistance bands, Bosu balls, weighted balls, weighted vest, etc).

Again, you can use that time as you wish. Personal training for women is more than just weights and treadmills. There is more to weight loss We can talk nutrition, design a meal plan, do a cupboard cleanout, meet at the grocery store and learn how to tackle it head on, or get your fat-burn on with a kick butt workout. Team Up

Even more fun…team up with a friend! Not only will it save you a few bucks but it provides an awesome support system. Again, we can meet at the location of your choice. However, it is only $35 a person instead of $50. Put together a group of four and you cut your cost all the way down to $25 a person!

Online Personal Training and Nutrition

Because the military has uprooted us a couple of times, I have past clients that I didn’t want to leave hanging. So, I recently started providing online personal training and nutrition coaching for individuals in an effort to set them up for success and to guide them on their fitness and weight loss journey. It has worked fabulously.

It is all done through email and on the phone. I realize moms (and women in general) are busy. When the to-do list piles up, we tend to kick our needs to the curb. For that reason, I tried to find the most convenient avenue so we can start to make our health and fitness a priority. Personal Training for women made easy...errr...convenient, that a better word.

What I love most about this online personal training for women program is the fact that you only get charged for the "minutes" that you use. More specifically, you purchase 60 minutes at a time (only 40 bucks...half of what most trainers cost these day) and you can use those minutes as you wish. You could use them all at once, or you could only use 15 minutes one time, 20 the next, and so on. You can email me a quick question, give me a call to help with meal planning, or have me design a kick butt workout you can do right in your living room. It is so incredibly flexible and tailored to your needs.

One More Online Personal Training Option

Okay, I have had a lot of women tell me that they love the convenience of a workout DVD. Many have asked me to put one together but, realistically, I just don’t have the resources. Plus, it is so easy to plateau or get bored when doing the same workout video day in and day out.

For this reason, I have also become an Independent Beachbody Coach. No, I won't personally be on your television screen (that would be perfect…maybe some day) but I can help you pick the best home fitness program for your goals and coach you through it. They have so many kick butt workout videos that you can do right in the comfort of your living room and they are structured to avoid plateauing. We will have all the resources (meal planning, more recipes, grocery list, chat room, nutrition tools, etc) we need to set you up for success and guide you through your fitness and weight loss journey. Your calorie count can be figured out for you, a meal plan can be designed, and you can even have your grocery list printed out for you...how awesome is that! It is so incredibly flexible and tailored to your needs. Bonus, you get me as your online personal training coach for free!

Honestly, Beachbody has played such an influencial role in my fitness philosophy, how I train my clients, how I teach my fitness class, and in my own results. That is the only reason I feel comfortable throwing it out there as a personal training for women option.
