I came up with this Peanut Butter Smoothie recipe for my mother-in-law. She has been working out hard (along with my father-in-law and sister-in-law...good job guys!) and wanted a good peanut butter smoothie...let me know what you think! It has 200 calories, which is the perfect number of calories for a snack or even breakfast...Enjoy!
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup fat free, sugar free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fat free milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 banana
couple handfuls of ice
Make it
Combine all ingredients into blender.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
