Squat Jacks





Target Muscles:

Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes (Butt), Cardiovascular system

How To:

  • Start by doing jumping jacks
  • After you do a few, put your hands behind your head with your elbows pointed out
  • After a few more, drop down into the squat position (upper thighs parallel with the floor) and continue to do jumping jacks with your feet while you stay low to the ground
  • Challenge yourself…stick those arms straight up toward the ceiling and pick up your pace

Important: keep your back straight and try not to lean forward
